This ride is held each year in memory of all the men, women, and children that suffered, died, and are buried in unmarked graves along the Trail Of Tears routes.  History remembers only a few names of the vast number that were actually involved from five different Indian nations.

Leave Wal Mart at Oak Grove, KY. at 8:00 AM

(Wal Mart is located 1.5 miles South of I-24 on Hwy 41A)

Ends at Thunder Creek Harley Davidson in Chattanooga, TN.

 

We will join the Trail of Tears Remembrance Assoc. Annual Motorcycle Ride

at their kickoff party.  It follows the Southern Route of the Trail of Tears and is

the largest organized Motorcycle Ride in the USA.

 

Saturday their ride will end at a Pow Wow at Florence, AL.

Sunday & Monday their ride will continue on to Tahlequah, OK.

 Sunday there will also be a group that will return to Oak Grove, KY.

via the Natchez Trace.

 

Both Rides are free to ride. The only way we raise money is the sale of 

Merchandise and donations.  All funds go to the Trail of Tears Remembrance Assoc.
